Tier 01 — Diagnose

We begin by understanding the system before proposing any intervention. Land audits, waste flow mapping, food system scoping and livelihood opportunity assessments produce a clear baseline — a tangible deliverable that stands alone and informs everything that follows.

Tier 02 — Design

Once the system is understood, we design the intervention. Regenerative farm plans, waste-to-value pathways, collective farming models, livelihood business designs and water infrastructure proposals — each grounded in the specifics of the place, not borrowed from a template.

Tier 03 — Support

Implementation is where most advisory work fails — when consultants leave and community capacity hasn’t been built. Cibitas stays. Season-long handholding, farmer and SHG training, monitoring and impact reporting, and ongoing retainer advisory keep the system alive after the plan is made.
